Brinley's 3rd Birthday

Brinley wanted a Cinderella cake this year. She loved her cake! She wanted to hold it!

Brinley shared her birthday with Easter. That will only happen 1 time in her life. She wanted to open presents right when we got home from church.

Brinley got a lot of polly pockets for her birthday. She has so many toys in her room that these are small enough that they don't take up so much room.

I can't believe that my baby is 3! She is potty trained, loves to play with her sister and can talk to you about anything. I love you Brinny!

Happy Easter!

Princess on Ice

Thursday night, I gave my girls a big surprise. I told them that we were going to dinner and shopping for an easter dress. Girls night is what we called it. Well we did those things but then we also took them to the Disney on Ice. I did not tell them until I got off the Beck Street exit in Salt Lake. They were so excited!! I had dressups in the trunk, so we changed in the car when we got there. Brinley chose Ariel and Taylee chose a Barbie dress. They had so much fun. Brinley is having a birthday next week, so I thought this would be a great birthday present. She loved cinderella the best and Mickey Mouse! She loved (or hated) the dragon in Sleeping Beauty. She kept saying "RUN, RUN FASTER, HE WILL EAT YOU" to Prince Phillip. Funny HUH? Thanks mom for coming with us and spoiling the girls like always. love you

Prom with River

Saturday, Jaycee went to the Box Elder Prom with her boyfriend, River. She had a beautiful dress and a very handsome date! Brinley, Grandma Grover, My mom and I all went to the promanade. It was fun to see the variety of dresses. They looked cute together. I think Jaycee was so beautiful. She is anyway! I love ya sis!

Backpack/Pannies Girl

Life doesn't get any funnier than this. Brinley came downstairs, where I was on the computer, and she didn't have her pj's on anymore. I asked her where her clothes were and she said, "I don't have some" Then I asked her why she had a back pack? She said, " I going to school". Then I asked what kind of pannies she had on. She said; "Elmos! haha"

Aren't little girls so funny. She is so fun to hang out with all day. While my other two kids are at school all day, Brin and I get to be buddies all day. It is a lot of fun!

Taylee's First Perm

Taylee has wanted a perm since the first day of school. I have kept putting it off and I finally just did it. We took her to the salon where I get my hair cut and our hair dresser Valerie did it. (plus Valerie is having a baby on the 17th so we needed it done before she leaves) She was a funny girl in the salon. She had just got done with dancing, so she was in her dance clothes. The other ladies in the solon were laughing at how excited she was and how skinny her legs are. They are bird legs! When she was getting her hair rinsed in the sink, she was talking so loud! She talkes loud anyway, but all she could hear was running water. She definatly entertained us all in there. She looks darling and smells stinky! We are excited to wash it tonight. She reminds me of ME. That is how my hair always was!

MY HANDY MEN!

Our newest project is finishing a room in our basement and the hall way. We hired a guy to come help, but he put Chris and Austin to work too. Austin was a good helper pudding up all the nail holes. Chris was a trooper too! He has been sick, but he had a little energy to help out! Thanks Honey!! This room is going to be my "office". Well my junk room, i guess. This is where all my scrapbook stuff/color guard stuff/pharmacy technician teaching stuff/computer will be. I am soo excited! I need to decide on a color to paint the walls. I am thinking maybe yellow with white trim, then accent in red! AHH what do you think?

WELCOME HOME BRIAN

Wednesday, Feb. 27th, Chris's brother, Brian, came home from his mission. He was in Ft. Worth, Texas. Austin did not want to miss school, so Taylee, Brinley, Chris and I all went to the airport to see him. He looked great and glowing(if missionaries do that). Chris missed his little (BIG) brother. We all went out to the Olive Garden in SLC and ate lunch. Welcome home Brian!!
