Brinley's Preschool Graduation

Brinley graduated from Preschool this week. We are all done with preschool at our house. I can't believe that she is going to kindergarten. Wow, time sure flies!

Brinley had two speaking parts. She had to name all the months of the year. She did them all right and in order, but at the end she said," .....October, November, December and October"

This was a cute color song they sang. They had actions to different colors. Well this was for the color Pink, you had to wink! So cute to see them try to wink!!

These are her teachers, Sarah and Alicia. They were great teachers and Brin loved them.

After, we all went to Macks for dinner, and both teachers were there and about 5 other kids from her preschool. Funny how that is where we all chose to go.

Mother's Day / Austin's Ordination

Mother's day!!! My favorite day of the year. The day I get to celebrate being a mom. I love being a mom. I love being with my mom. This year was special. I got to share part of it with Austin. He got ordained to the office of a Deacon in the church. We got to celebrate that and mother's day together at our house with our whole family!

Austin's Soccer Pics

This year, Austin Played Rec soccer. He had a fun time. They don't learn much but they have fun. I took some pictures of a game. He is a great goalie and forward. He stopped tons of goals and made quite a few on the other end too.

Austin's Birthday

Austin turned the big "12" this year, so for his birthday dinner, he chose Texas Roadhouse. He even picked off the Adult menu. Look at all that food!! No, he did not eat it all. Even though he is old enough to be off the kid menu, I think his belly is still only big enough for a kids menu amount of food.

Taylee & Brin's Competition

Well after about an hour and a half in the bathroom with hair and makeup for 2 little girls, we were off to the dance competition. This was Brinley's first one. She just performed cheer, while Taylee performed cheer, ballet and jazz.

Here is Taylee's pose. She had to have her hair back in a ponytail and no bangs!! She looked like she was almost bald! Her ponytail was maybe an inch long is all. For the dance review, I am making it cute, forget the hair pulled back thing, not for girls with A-line hair cuts!

I videotaped their performances. I did not have my good camera with me, so we just took a few shots here and there. This is after Brin finished. I could tell she was nervous and she said that she had to get to her spot, so she forgot to "spirit".

For a part of Austin's 12th birthday, Chris & I decided to take him to a Playoff Jazz game.

It was a really good game, but Austin was having a hard time getting into it, so we bought him a foam bear claw and he enjoyed the game a lot more with something to wave around. Love you bud!! Hope you enjoyed it!
